The Cottages

Higher Garlays Cottage has 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 plus cot. Bakers Mead has 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 4 plus cot. Both cottages are equipped with central heating, woodburner, colour television (with Freeview), DVD, microwave, fridge, oven & hob, travel cot and high chair. Electricity, linen, towels and tea towels are all provided. There is a shared external utility room with deepfreeze, washing machine and Belfast sink for guest's use.

Off road parking is provided. Well behaved pets are welcomed, and smoking outside the cottages is permitted.

Charlton Musgrove is a small village nestling to the south of the National Trust Stourhead Estate and on the edge of the Blackmoor Vale. The cottages are ideally located for a true stay on a genuine family farm to experience countryside walks, riding, clay pigeon shooting and golf. Good sightseeing can be enjoyed in Bath, Salisbury, Wells and the south coast.

Fantastic days out can be enjoyed at the Longleat and Stourhead estates.

There is a choice of two pubs within walking distance and a good selection of other pubs and fine restaurants in the local area.
